Aside from time, our 15 Year Old benefits from the location of its aging in traditional stone dunnage warehouses rather than modern concrete warehouses commonly used in Scotland these days, ensuring consistency in our 15 Year Old for yesterday, today, and tomorrow.


Non-Chill Filtered
The tasting experience is further enhanced by bottling non-chill filtered for a fuller mouthfeel and richer texture. This process is done to retain some of the oils (lipid fats), proteins, and colour globules in the liquid creating an optimal sensory experience, according to Master Distiller Dennis Malcolm, OBE.
