A silky, sumptuous Cognac whose characteristic softness immediately comes to the mouth. Crafted by using only the most prestigious eaux de vie, mostly from Grande and Petite Champagne. Bisquit & Dubouché X.O. is slowly matured in French oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years.

Made of four crus: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fin Bois, and Bons Bois.

Bisquit & Dubouché’s double distillation is unique, as during the process we look for lies and esters that contain richer aromas. This requires a specific know-how and tasting the Eaux de Vie at regular intervals during distillation. It is this human touch, combined with the X.O.’s ageing process, that creates the best potential for the blending of our X.O.

Perfectly Cellar Master
Each Cognac House guards its own secrets regarding the blending process fiercely. At Bisquit & Dubouché, our Master Blender Patrick Leger uses his expertise, intuition, and method to ensure each bottle of X.O. cognac is perfectly guided through its 10-year journey.
