Confidential and rare, Bouzy is the northernmost still red wine in France; the Grand Cru village holds its own in a vineyard almost entirely dedicated to effervescence, perpetuating the ancestral tradition of the still wines of Champagne. The red Pinot Noir wines from Bouzy enters in the composition of Lallier Rosé blend (7%) and bring colour, fruitiness and structure.
